I help organisations — companies, public bodies and local authorities — define and deliver strategies guided by people and AI. At Polaria, we combine technological excellence with change-management, organisational transformation and leadership expertise. There I am head of training — our historical activity — and I regularly speak as a keynote speaker on AI and its challenges.

My background is unusual: six years in finance and M&A (June Partners), then a specialisation in economic intelligence and geopolitics. That combination lets me read AI-driven transformation through a strategic and geopolitical lens — while keeping people at the centre.

My work is part of a wider ecosystem. I am co-founder of Goria, the platform that guides organisations in learning and deploying AI. Polaria has also given rise, through a merger, to Polaria Tech, its technology subsidiary dedicated to sovereign generative AI. And I am AI & Geopolitics Expert at the Managia chair.

My conviction: it is by putting generative AI into the hands of the many, ethically and consciously, that we unlock innovation and performance everywhere.
